Barre Move

Class: This new workout form has taken the world with storm recently. Inspired by ballet, yoga and functional training, this class will will sculpture your body and give you longer and leaner muscles.

Yoga

Class: An awakening Vinyasa class, focused on opening and cleansing the body and mind allowing you to walk away feeling energized, balanced and light. Breath the outdoor morning air and make this the perfect start of your day.

Bootcamp session

Time: Wednesday May 3rd, 17.30 pm (1 hour)

Location: Queens Park Shed

Class: Get your basics right! This session is perfect for you if you feel a bit insecure in your workout or suspect that you some some exercises in the wrong way. I’ll give you some inspiration, correct your positions and leave you with more confidence, all to ensure more sustainable and enjoyable future workouts.

High intensity training:

Class: The focus of this class is core and lower body strength, as well as cardio. The HIIT structure means that you will rotate on different stations where single exercises are performed during multiple rounds with a short rest period in between, combining strength and cardio.

Interval running

Time: Saturday May 6th, 07.00 am (45 minutes)

Location: Starting at Queens Park Shed

Class: Join a 4×4 minutes interval run in the lovely and perfectly suited surroundings of Queens Park. Be motivated and challenge yourself to run a bit faster or to improve your running skills. This workout also focuses on the importance of warmups and cooldowns.

Instructor: Jeff, a former professional marathon runner with a lot of experience on what running styles improves cardio

Coogee to Bondi walk

Time: Sunday May 7th, 17.00 (2 hours)

Location: Starting at Coogee Beach

Class: Join an energized group for a power walk on one of the most lovely walks Sydney has to offer. The surroundings, views and social chatters will keep your mind off the tiresome walking as you experience the beautiful beaches and extraordinary sights. At this time of day there is also the fantastic sunset to see!
